CESTE's Executive M.B.A. focuses on EFQM Excellence Model to develop Quality Management. This makes possible to guide the company's organisation towards the client, raising directors' awareness so that they can improve their products.

Who is it aimed at?

The Executive M.B.A. is a Master in Business Administration and Management specially aimed at professionals, business people, directors and executives with extensive professional experience.

The Executive MBA is not a part-time postgraduate MBA. The difference between both types of programmes is clear and is based on the profile of its participants. Whereas in a Postgraduate MBA most of the participants are university degree holders who have just finished their studies and have little or no professional experience, the participant of an Executive MBA is a professional with experience, who not only appreciates the quality of the lecturers and the programme, but also positively values the exchange of experiences between its participants. Methodology has been effectively adapted in order to obtain the most of what participants can offer. Participation of the whole group is one of the added values of a Master for Directors.
